Rotary Football Festival
Dundee School aged children took part in the annual Rotary Football Festival. The full day event consisted of a skills session in the morning, where children were coached on a number of football skills which included passing, dribbling, goal shooting and heading.
The afternoon session consisted of small sided games, where pupils were able to put into practice the skills learned in the morning sessions.
Thanks to Dundee College for allowing us to use their students during the day to coach the sessions and thanks to Dundee Rotary Club for sponsoring our event again this year.
This event was also used to launch Dundee as the 2012 Olympic torch venue. The Olympic torch will be carried through the city next year.
