Dundee Boccia Club return Triumphant from Wishaw Games
Eight members of Dundee Boccia Club travelled to 17th Annual Wishaw Games on Saturday 11th August 2007.
Four Players from Dundee Boccia Club returned home with a clean sweep of medals after fighting through some very tough opposition.
The Players were:
Martin Cassidy 1st Place Gold, Kirriemuir
Alan McGregor 2nd Place Silver, Glamis
Kristin Macmaster 3rd Place Bronze, Dundee
George McHendry 4th place, Dundee
Also representing Dundee Boccia Club, Margaret Torrie from Forfar won Gold, the only medal awarded in assisted device class.
Club officials were delighted with the team's success and fantastic performances on the day.
