Discovery Games 2008 - Change of Date
Please note that the date of Discovery Games has had to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances out with our control.
This event will now be held during the weekend Saturday 20 & Sunday 21 September 2008, and NOT Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 July 2008 as stated in the application packs. Please note that the Athletics will not be held this year due to the stadium being fully booked at this time.
Please use the original entry forms, which you have received with the application pack. The closing date has been extended to Friday 22 August 2008 and can you please ensure that entry Forms and entry fees are returned by this date.
If you have sent this information to any of your contact clubs / groups etc, I would be grateful if you could pass a copy of this communication onto them.
